About Wasatch Educational

Wasatch Educational, Inc., is a Utah Corporation organized in 1999. The corporate powers and the business and affairs of the Corporation are managed under the direction of a Board of Directors. Dr. Michael Skurja, Jr. serves as the President, Secretary, and Treasurer; Dr. Richard P. Nielsen serves as the Vice President.

Wasatch Educational, Inc., owns Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, Inc., an institutionally accredited university that offers graduate healthcare education. Rocky Mountain University’s academic and business affairs are governed by its administration and a separate Board of Trustees.
