Wasatch Educational is the parent corporation that owns Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Wasatch Educational has not sold any stock since 2012, and it currently does not plan to sell any more stock. However, some current shareholders might be interested in selling some or all of their stock. Potential investors may contact the President of Wasatch Educational, Dr. Skurja, who will help to connect the new investor with a current shareholder interested in selling.

The corporate powers and the business and affairs of the Corporation are managed under the direction of a Board of Directors. Dr. Michael Skurja, Jr. serves as the President and Treasurer and Dr. Richard P. Nielsen serves as the Vice-President and Secretary.
